Beach Holidays :-Zanzibar-The Spice Island
Zanzibar is situated in the Indian Ocean, 36 km off the coastline of mainland Tanzania lies Zanzibar. Zanzibar officially refers to the archipelago that include Unguja and Pemba, surrounded by about 50 smallerones. Zanzibar is an island state within the United Republic of Tanzania, and has its own semi-autonomous government made up of a Revolutionary Council and House of Representatives.
Once the trading centre of the whole of East Africa, Zanzibar attracted Sumerians, Assyrians, Phoenicians, Arabs, Chinese and Malays. The great
explorers, Burton, Speke, Livingstone and Krapf continued their journeys from these shores. It is characterised by beautiful sandy beaches with fringing coral reefs, warm clear blue waters, idyllic islands, excellent reefs for snorkelling and diving, fantastic deep sea fishing and water sports activities.
The historic Stone Town with its narrow winding streets, vivid markets and colourful bazaars makes for an interesting cultural visit. Commonly known

ITINERARIES
Arrive at the Zanzibar Airport with Precision Air at 12:10 PM and transfer to the Zanzibar Safari Club for dinner and overnight (HB).
Day 2
After breakfast, drive to and take the Dolphin excursion, with a picnic lunch on the way. In the late evening, drive to Stone Town and overnight at the Tembo Hotel (HB).
Day 3
After breakfast, take a half day walk in Stone Town for shopping, and after lunch at a restaurant in Stone Town, drive to the airport in the afternoon to catch your flight to Dar es Salaam and your international flight home.

After breakfast, catch the Ferry to Prison Island and on to Bawe Island for a hot lunch. Later, sail back to the Zanzibar ferry, and drive to the Tembo Hotel for your overnight.
Day 4
After breakfast, take a half day walk in Stone Town for shopping, and after lunch at a restaurant in Stone Town, drive to the airport in the afternoon to catch your flight to Dar es Salaam and your international flight home.

After breakfast, take a walk in Stone Town. Your day is at leisure for swimming, and relaxing. Return to the Tembo Hotel (HB).
Day 5
After breakfast, take a half day walk in Stone Town for shopping, and after lunch at a restaurant in Stone Town, drive to the airport in the afternoon to catch your flight to Dar es Salaam and your international flight home.

Transfer from airport to Stone Town, check-in at Dhow Palace Hotel or similar. In the evening have a traditional Swahili dinner in the heart of Stone Town. Overnight at Dhow Palace or similar.
Day 2
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, guided tour through Stone Town, followed by a tour through a spice plantation. Lunch at spice farm, then
depart for Nungwi Beach in the North of Zanzibar. Check-in at Amaan Beach Bungalows or similar. Dinner and overnight at Amaan Beach Bungalows or similar.
Day 3
Full day on in Nungwi Beach. Dinner and overnight at Amaan Beach Bungalows or similar.
Day 4
Full day on in Nungwi Beach. Dinner and overnight at Amaan Beach Bungalows or similar.
Day 5
Transfer from Nungwi to airport

Day 3
Day at leisure at Michamvi Beach to snorkel, scuba dive etc. Dinner and overnight at Ras Michamvi Beach Resort.
Day 4
Day at leisure at Michamvi Beach to snorkel, scuba dive etc, dinner and overnight at Ras Michamvi Beach Resort.
Day 5
After breakfast, depart for a half day dolphin tour in Kizimkazi, followed by tour through Jozani forest. Dinner and overnight at Michamvi Beach Resort.
Day 6
After breakfast you will be transferred back to the airport or seaport for your trip home or your mainland safari.Bed & breakfast.
